美国听证会流程

总体介绍：美国一般都是meeting，很少需要提供材料，但是也可以准备一些医疗证明，聊天截图（如果需要的话）等相关证据可以直接展示给officer。一般会议时间在半个小时之内，但是也不排除有一个小时甚至更久的meeting的存在，所以需要做好充足的准备。

问问题的方式，一般都是最直接的what happened？然后可能根据学生的话来接下个问题。

注意：有的学校还有可能给学生展示除了指控信上之外的问题，比如期末考试被怀疑学术不端，但是在讨论的时候有可能在解释期末考试之后，又现场给学生展示某个quiz或者期中考试中可能也有问题，然后接着问期中考试或者quiz中的问题是怎么出现的，这个需要提前给学生打好心理预设，尽量多想一些可能被指控的原因，或者之前可能出现学术不端的地方。

一般开场officer会确认个人信息（姓名，学号等），然后询问学生是否有意愿进行meeting，接着介绍本场听证会的意义，接下来的流程等。学校不会问你是否有EC，所以你需要自己抓住机会陈述一下

Questions:

1. How are you?

2. First, let’s review what has happened. (可能会陈述学生被指控了什么问题) Do you know what happened to you?

3. Have you ever chatted with your professor?

4. What is your understanding of what happened?

5. You are saying all the similarities were made by chance?

6. It is impossible that both of you have the same answer to different problems. You did all the same answers, but both are wrong.

7. Have you ever communicated with others?

8. You say that you do not do anything wrong?

9. Do you have any questions?

10. I will speak to another person. I am pulling you on that position. If two people did the same answer, I think I could move forward.

最后，一般会给三种结果：

So all the given information. 1. One option will be excepted from the. 2. You would talk to your professor. Conversation includes me. 3. Panel. Three committee members. Will be confidential. All the information will present.

可以问一些常规问题，比如，可能会有什么结果，接下来需要做什么等等，一般meeting的结果是邮件通知的。
